My Twin Communication, a boutique firm specializing in financial communication and investor relations, has been selected by ICF Italy, the Italian Chapter of the International Coaching Federation, the world’s largest association of professional coaches, as advisor for its media relations activities.
The mandate involves supporting ICF Italy in managing media relations and defining a communication strategy aimed at strengthening the association’s visibility as an authoritative reference point for professional coaching in Italy.
Communication activities will focus on highlighting the association’s role in promoting a culture of qualified coaching, based on international standards of competence, continuous training and ethical responsibility. In a context where coaching is playing an increasingly important role in the development of people, leadership and organizations, it is becoming ever more important to help clarify the value, scope and distinctive features of the profession.
A central objective of the project will be to distinguish structured approaches based on recognized standards from unqualified practices, fostering greater awareness also among non-specialist audiences. Communication will therefore play a key role in supporting trust in professional coaching and promoting a correct understanding of its contribution to the evolution of skills, work and organizational wellbeing.
Established in Italy in 2002, ICF Italy works to develop and protect professional coaching according to international principles of training, competence and ethics. The collaboration with My Twin Communication comes at a time of growing attention to the transformation of work, managerial development and the quality of professional support pathways.
For My Twin Communication, the mandate confirms the boutique firm’s role as a strategic partner in building visibility, positioning and reputation strategies, supporting companies, institutions and organizations seeking to strengthen their dialogue with media, stakeholders and their communities of reference.
