My Twin Communication, an agency specialising in financial communication and investor relations, has been selected by Ecosuntek S.p.A. as advisor for the management and development of its Media Relations and Investor Relations activities.
The collaboration will provide strategic and operational support to Ecosuntek's Management, a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the renewable energy sector. The aim of the engagement is to strengthen the Company's visibility with the economic-financial and trade press, while also enhancing dialogue with investors, analysts and stakeholders.
As part of the mandate, My Twin Communication will coordinate communication activities aimed at the media and the financial community, helping to showcase Ecosuntek's industrial track record, business model and the Group's growth prospects.
Particular attention will be devoted to communicating the expertise developed by Ecosuntek across the entire energy value chain. Established in 2008 as an EPC service provider for the photovoltaic market, the Company has progressively expanded its activities into energy production and sales, as well as into plant maintenance and monitoring services.
Ecosuntek has built photovoltaic plants on land and rooftops for a total capacity of approximately 150 MW, of which 19.2 MW are company-owned. Since 2015, it has operated in an integrated manner across the value chain, from the generation to the sale of energy produced by its subsidiaries or purchased from third parties.
The collaboration with My Twin Communication is also aimed at ensuring transparent, ongoing and consistent financial communication, capable of effectively conveying Ecosuntek's results, strategies and development direction to the market.
The engagement is part of the Company's growth path and its commitment to developing new solutions for the energy transition, strengthening its focus on relations with the capital markets and with key financial stakeholders.
