The Milanese store of EATALY, renowned for celebrating the excellence of Italian food and wine, hosted the inaugural event of My Twin Communication—the new venture born from the union of Mymediarelation and T.W.I.N.
The team building event, aptly named “Hands in the Dough”, brought together professionals from both companies for a friendly culinary challenge focused on crafting the best ravioli dish. But beyond cooking, the event highlighted the shared values of creativity, collaboration, and strategic thinking that underpin both kitchen success and corporate communication.
“As we work daily with words and numbers, we felt the need to shift our focus from the intangible to the tangible,” said Mara Di Giorgio, founder of T.W.I.N. “Making pasta together turned out to be more than a team activity, it was a way to rediscover the power of working together with spontaneity and joy.”
Echoing this sentiment, Marco Messori, founder of Mymediarelation, added: “From kneading dough to sealing ravioli, the experience reflected the essence of our profession: attention to detail, team spirit, and the desire to create something unique. Whether it's a communication strategy or a dish filled with ricotta and herbs, the secret lies in doing it with competence and passion.”
The session served as a powerful metaphor for the daily work of the two teams, offering a hands-on opportunity to strengthen interpersonal connections and align on a shared vision.
My Twin Communication is the result of the merger between Mymediarelation, a Milan-based boutique agency with over 15 years of experience in media relations for the banking, finance, and investment sectors, and T.W.I.N., a Treviso-based firm specializing in investor relations and corporate communications for listed companies.
